Easy to install. Be patient and and keep adjusting the pads until you get the right adjustment for you. Then ride off into the sunset. We have put 30+ miles on in one day and had NO problems sitting, walking, or continuing the ride. Just bought our third one for an extra bike!

Initially tried this seat on an old bicycle that I had. Because of the design of the bicycle I was forced me to lean forward onto my wrists on the handles. It also put an un-natural pressure in a bad spot on the seat. So, I tried this seat. Because of the leaning forward I constantly felt like I was sliding off the front. When adjusted so that it was level, it seemed to put pressure on the back of my thighs. I got rid of that bike and got one that sits me up straight. My arms are out in front of me at the level of my chest instead of at my hips. The seat was still a problem. Even though the new bike had one of those big wide ones, added the gel pad... still same uncomfortable spot. Tried this seat, and now extremely comfortable. No pressure spot down the middle, and since I am sitting up straight no pressure behind the thighs. I absolutely love it ON THE NEW BIKE.
